Firebase 'Nam M48-A3 Patton Tank. Precise 1:50 scale die-cast metal vehicle is manufactured by Corgi, UK in their high-end Classics series ("For Adult Collectors"). Has USMC markings and is astoundingly well-detailed in all regards (gun, weapons, treads, turrets, accessories).

Starting in 1963, the M48-A3 tank was made by General Dynamics and used a Continental V12 diesel engine. It mounted a 90mm main gun and 7.62mm M73 machine gun. Length 28 ft 6 in; width 11 ft 11 in; height 10 ft 9 in; weight 53.5 tons; speed 30 mph; range 288 miles on 375 gal of fuel; crew: commander and 3 troops.

This die-cast car is Mint in the original box. Corgi no. US50302. Comes with informative booklet and replica dog tags in sealed bag (never opened).
